01 Introduction

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the cv88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any cv88 service, including free-play modes.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, organisation, or any third party.

03 Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the cv88 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. cv88 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. cv88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv88 immediately by contacting our support team. cv88 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

cv88 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support at cv88.lat. Any pending bonuses or promotional balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

cv88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your cv88 account instantly under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the account, unless otherwise approved by the cv88 compliance team.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

cv88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers contribute at varying rates depending on the odds and market type.

• One Promotion Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including by registering additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Modification and Withdrawal: cv88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes amending wagering requirements, expiry dates, or eligible games.

Players who cv88 reasonably believes are exploiting promotional offers — including through low-risk bet patterns, hedging, or systematic bonus abuse — may have their bonus access restricted, their accounts reviewed, or their promotional winnings voided at cv88's sole discretion.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cv88 platform operate under the rules published by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters; the game provider's rules shall prevail with respect to the specific mechanics, payouts, and resolution of individual games.

All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). cv88 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cv88 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposited funds where fraud is established), and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the cv88 platform, whether under your own identity or under false or third-party identities.

08 Responsible Gaming

cv88 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We firmly believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or coping with personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cv88 players free of charge and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cv88 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if cv88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cv88's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cv88 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cv88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular, cv88 shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from sharing login credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as bKash, Nagad, banking institutions, or card networks.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information provided on the cv88 platform that does not constitute a formal contractual commitment.

12 Termination

cv88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where cv88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to cv88 or its payment partners.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions of Section 8.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus balances, which are forfeited upon termination for cause) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud verification requirements.

A player who voluntarily closes their account may request reopening by contacting cv88 support, subject to re-verification of identity. Accounts closed under self-exclusion arrangements will not be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and the player has submitted a formal reinstatement request.

13 Amendments

cv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the cv88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 3. Step 3 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, you may seek independent review through a mutually agreed third-party dispute resolution body.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of cv88's platform. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms must be conducted in English. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the steps outlined above before pursuing formal legal action.
